  • What is the turnaround time after ordering Digital Leads?

    Once a lead order is placed, and payment has been received, expect a 48-72 hour turnaround.

    The expected turnaround time from order received to leads in hand is around 4-6 weeks.

  • If I do not have a CRM with The Lead Store, how will I recieve my leads?

    Having a CRM with The Lead Store optimizes and enhances the agent and client experience. While it is not required, it is strongly recommended. You will receive access to a personalized Google sheet with all

    lead contact information.

  • What is the difference between Facebook and YouTube leads?

    Facebook and YouTube leads are both generated digitally. Facebook leads will flow in via a Facebook ad created and optimized specifically for you. YouTube leads will be generated via a YouTube video ad curated for you.

  • Can I see the ad for my digital campaign?

    We do not share the intellectual property of our ad campaigns for either Facebook or YouTube.

  • What does the CRM actually do? Do I need training?

    The Lead Store CRM is the ultimate customer relations manager. Once purchased, our team will reach out to you and make sure necessary training is completed. Automation via text, call, and email is vital to secure leads.
